Starlink Installation & Custom Network Solutions in Vancouver, WA
Starlink installation and network setup, building-to-building connections, long cable and fiber runs, and Wi-Fi for large and rural properties around Vancouver and Portland.
Connectivity for Rural, Large, and Multi-Building Properties
- Dish mounted with a clear view of the sky
- Wi-Fi that covers the whole property
- Shops, barns, and detached buildings
- Wireless bridge or fiber links
Some projects need more than a router and a few cable drops: a rural home that relies on Starlink, a shop or barn across the yard, a gate camera at the end of a long driveway, or two buildings that need a fiber link. We plan these jobs around the property, the distances involved, and what needs to be connected.
For Starlink, we mount the dish where it has a clear view of the sky, route the cable neatly into the building, and connect it to a wired and Wi-Fi network that reaches the areas you use. Starlink’s router can run in bypass mode, so your own router or access points take over and cover the whole property.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell Starlink service or other internet plans?
No. We’re not an internet service provider (ISP). Starlink service is ordered directly from Starlink, and other internet plans come from your local provider. We handle the installation: mounting the dish, routing the cable into the building, and connecting it to your network and Wi-Fi.
Do you install the Starlink dish itself?
Yes. We mount the dish where the Starlink app confirms a clear view of the sky, then route the cable into the building neatly. The best mounting option depends on your roof and property, so we confirm it during the estimate.
Can Starlink work with my own Wi-Fi system?
In most cases, yes. Starlink’s router can be set to bypass mode so your own router or access point system handles Wi-Fi. That usually gives much better coverage than the included router, especially in larger homes and across outbuildings.
How do you connect a detached building without trenching?
A point-to-point wireless bridge uses a pair of outdoor antennas with a clear line of sight between them, one on each building. It avoids digging and works well for shops, barns, and offices on the same property. Where a wired link is preferred, we can discuss cable or fiber options.
When do you need fiber instead of Ethernet cable?
Ethernet is limited to 100 meters (328 feet) per run. Fiber covers much longer distances, and because it doesn’t conduct electricity, it is the safer choice between separate buildings, where copper cable can carry electrical surges from lightning or grounding differences.
Do you work on large and rural properties?
Yes. Multi-building and acreage properties are a regular part of our custom work, including Wi-Fi, cameras, and gate connections far from the main house.
